ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

ABUSE OF POLICY
To protect our customers and business, we reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of our return policy, excessive refund requests, or claims that cannot be verified.
DELIVERED PACKAGES
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are unable to issue refunds for orders delivered to the address provided by the customer.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
