If you are not completely satisfied with your Gelvie Gel Nail Polish Pen within 90 days of delivery, contact us at alexxgn297@gmail.com with your order number and we will arrange a full refund or replacement, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us with your order number and, if possible, a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in addition to the 90-day guarantee above.
